I recently stayed at the Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar and was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of authentic dishes that catered to different tastes. The staff were genuinely helpful, especially Mr. Chase Wong at the front desk, who went out of his way to make my check-in smooth. The only minor downside was the need for more clear signage to the lounge. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and worth the price.
My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast spread. However, I experienced some disappointing interactions with the staff that overshadowed my visit. While the location is convenient with a shuttle service to a nearby mall, the service quality left much to be desired, particularly in how guests were treated based on their attire.
